About Anderson Accounts

Stewart Anderson

Stewart founded Anderson Accounts in 2017 and worked part-time alongside his full-time employment. In late 2020, working for Anderson Accounts became his only employment.

Stewart has been an accountant for over 20 years and holds qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT).

Before starting Anderson Accounts, he worked in a wide range of roles across the leisure, insurance and housing sectors.

Outside of work, he enjoys board gaming, spending time with his family, and the TV show Bluey.

Rachael Gillett

Rachael joined Anderson Accounts in 2022, initially providing admin support and has progressed to provide accountancy services working on tax returns and company accounts.

She has previous experience in the finance department at Saga, and she also assists her husband with the admin and accounting for his plumbing business. 

Rachael enjoys spending times with family, friends and spending time in the sunshine.

Rebecca Birch

Rebecca joined Anderson Accounts in August 2024 as an administrator.

Prior to this, Rebecca spent approximately 15 years working in the biotechnology industry, specifically diagnostics. This included several roles in the laboratory, time spent in Regulatory Affairs and providing administrative support to HS&E. She has a BSc in Biosciences and an MSc in Environmental Social Science.

Outside of work, she enjoys walks in nature, spending time with her family and a good mystery story.
